About Us
Nicholas Van Parys is a solo-practitioner.  His litigation team is committed to providing our clients with aggressive innovative legal services across multiple practice areas at cost-effective rates.
 
Nicholas started his own practice in 2006 after working for Masry & Vititoe.  In March 2000, Masry & Vititoe and their tort attorneys became a well-known name when the feature film, "Erin Brockovich" was released. While at Masry & Vititoe, Nick worked with Erin and went on to start a leading law firm pursuing the rights of individuals who have been injured. Nicholas has represented thousands of injured persons throughout the country who have experienced injury and adversity beyond their control. He has fearlessly combated some of the largest corporations in the world and has prevailed against Fortune 500 companies.
